“In 2016 you will touch money but fundamental to that fact is how you manage it”
1 John 3:3 KJV
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
“God is bringing you into affluence but remember that isn’t the most important benefit of living. There is a life after life so don’t make your life all about the material things.”
1 Corinthians 15:50-58 KJV
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit in-corruption.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
“Don’t chase money because it is in God’s plan to give it to you. When God puts money in your hand you are just a trustee. Show God that he can entrust you with it by the way you give it cheerfully. Don’t let your prayers be centered around material things. You are being short sighted and maybe this is why you don’t have this money.”
“If you sleep on an expensive foam and you sleep on the cheap foam, it is still sleep”
Matthew 6:19-21 KJV
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
“Self examine yourself. Do not let your most precious treasures be your earthly possessions”. Plot the graph of your spiritual growth. This is what matters to God. Your giving is not as important to God than your growth spiritually. You will have money but be careful what you do to your spiritual life in exchange for that. Will you still have time for Godly matters? Focus on studying the word of God. Ministry is number one. You have a call to ministry as a Christian. God will give you your hearts desires but stay faithful to the things of God”.
